El rol Como Prevendedor, serás responsable de gestionar y desarrollar la venta directa de nuestro portafolio de helados en la zona asignada, fortaleciendo la relación con los clientes y asegurando una ejecución impecable en el punto de venta. Tus responsabilidades Visitar clientes de acuerdo con el rutero asignado para garantizar una cobertura efectiva del territorio. Gestionar pedidos y desarrollar oportunidades de venta para alcanzar los objetivos comerciales establecidos. Asegurar la correcta exhibición y visibilidad de los productos en los puntos de venta, siguiendo las planometrías vigentes. Verificar la calidad, estado y fechas de vencimiento de los productos para mantener los estándares de la compañía. Promover lanzamientos, novedades y cambios de portafolio con los clientes. Realizar seguimiento a la cobranza de facturas vencidas de acuerdo con las condiciones comerciales definidas. Registrar y reportar información clave relacionada con ventas, devoluciones y otras variables del negocio. Utilizar de manera efectiva las herramientas tecnológicas y sistemas de gestión comercial para la ejecución diaria. Buscamos a alguien que Tenga experiencia en ventas de consumo masivo y pueda desenvolverse con confianza en la gestión de clientes y ejecución en puntos de venta. Aporte sólidas competencias en orientación al cliente, negociación, organización y seguimiento de resultados. Tenga una visión integral del proceso comercial y se adueñe de sus resultados.
