Freedom Real Estate is seeking a Project Manager to manage, maintain, and oversee all aspects of a construction project from start to finish across multiple Freedom business lines (Development, Owner Consulting, & Construction). As a Project Manager your duties will include the following, but are not limited to: Lead the project team through all phases of construction on multiple project types. Ensure all projects are delivered safely, on-time, and within budget, meeting Freedom quality standards. Develop relationships with clients, subcontractors, and others to create long lasting relationships for future opportunities Develop and maintains the project budgets, schedules, safety, and quality control objectives. Provide monthly cost and progress reports for internal and external distribution Maintain regular communication of project status. Manage daily project workflow with correspondence, RFI’s, and submittals Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and reporting requirements. Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and correct & document any issues Ability to maintain and improve on the Freedom Real Estate & Capital, LLC’s culture In coordination with the Project Superintendent, plan all construction operations and schedule successful completion and determine needed resources (personnel, equipment, and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations Collaborate with the designer and client throughout the project Negotiate contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements Obtain permits and licenses from appropriate authorities Assist the Preconstruction Manager with estimating, subcontractor bidding, and procurement Review and approve subcontractor/supplier pay applications Required Qualifications: U.S. Citizenship Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Building Science, or relevant field 5+ years experience as a construction project manager on multiple project types In-depth understanding of construction procedures and project management principles Familiarity with quality and health and safety standards. OSHA 30 training and First Aid/CPR certification preferred.
