Analista de Metrología Propósito del cargo Garantizar la confiabilidad y precisión de los procesos de medición mediante la administración y control del sistema metrológico, asegurando el cumplimiento de los métodos establecidos, los estándares aplicables y los requisitos de las partes interesadas. Responsabilidades principales Coordinar y analizar los resultados de las actividades de gestión metrológica, incluyendo mantenimiento, ajuste, calibración y verificación de equipos, garantizando su adecuado funcionamiento y cumplimiento de las especificaciones requeridas. Definir las características metrológicas de los instrumentos de medición y control, asegurando la selección y uso de los equipos apropiados para cada aplicación. Coordinar los estudios de Análisis de Sistemas de Medición (MSA) y evaluar sus resultados, garantizando su oportunidad y alineación con los requisitos del cliente. Capacitar al personal en el uso adecuado de los equipos bajo control metrológico y en las técnicas correctas de medición, promoviendo la obtención de resultados confiables y válidos. Participar en el proceso de selección y adquisición de instrumentos de medición, asegurando que los equipos cumplan con las necesidades operativas y técnicas del negocio. Revisar y actualizar procedimientos, métodos de medición y criterios de aceptación asociados a los equipos, garantizando su vigencia y pertinencia. Participar en equipos multidisciplinarios de APQP, contribuyendo a la revisión de AMEF, Planes de Control y Diagramas de Proceso para fortalecer el análisis de riesgos y la definición de controles de proceso. Gestionar solicitudes internas de compra (SIC) para asegurar la disponibilidad oportuna de insumos, materiales, equipos y servicios requeridos por el área. Gestionar la adquisición, administración y baja de activos (ACT) cuando sea requerido por la organización. Requisitos Educación Técnico o Tecnólogo en Metrología, Instrumentación Industrial o áreas afines. Nivel de inglés intermedio. Experiencia Mínimo un (1) año de experiencia en actividades relacionadas con metrología, calibración, verificación y control de equipos de medición.
