PROPÓSITO FUNDAMENTAL: Registrar y actualizar los movimientos de materias primas, productos intermedios y producto terminado en sistemas de información, garantizando que el flujo de datos y de producto esté en línea para obtener información precisa y oportuna. RESPONSABILIDADES: • Registrar y liquidar los materiales reportados en la tarjeta de producción, de acuerdo con las cantidades obtenidas finalizada la etapa de envasado, para actualizar el sistema de información. • Generar solicitudes internas de compras y pedidos al gasto, de insumos requeridos en producción; garantizando el abastecimiento de materiales necesarios para la operación. • Actualizar diariamente la información de producción, de acuerdo a los procedimientos y formatos establecidos, con el propósito de notificar el cambio en las etapas de producción de los diferentes productos en planta. • Imprimir las tarjetas de producción respetando las fechas del programa de producción y los procedimientos definidos, con el fin de asegurar el inicio. • Clasificar y archivar las tarjetas de producción, para garantizar la trazabilidad de los productos. • Imprimir las etiquetas de los productos a envasar, con el fin de asegurar su marcación y trazabilidad. • Gestionar el cumplimiento de la programación de actividades en la etapa de preensamble, utilizando el sistema de programación por tablets, estableciendo la prioridad y el orden de cada proceso, de acuerdo con el plan de producción y el plan de entregas de pedidos; con el fin de asegurar entregas oportunas. • Gestionar el traslado de las materias primas completas desde el área logística, con base en el requerimiento de pesaje, con el propósito de realizar el despacho de los picking programados. • Garantizar traslados, entradas y salidas de materiales desde los depósitos L01 y L02, con el fin que no se presenten novedades ni diferencias de inventarios. • Hacer seguimiento a los programas de producción y planes de entregas, para brindar información del estado de los productos de manera oportuna. • Planear y garantizar la ejecución de los cronogramas de inventarios cíclicos, realizando los ajusten de las diferencias identificadas, con el objetivo de garantizar la exactitud en los sistemas de información. • Registrar y garantizar la adición de productos incompletos (PG) en cada una de las partidas correspondientes, con fin de evitar incrementos de inventarios o del capital de trabajo. Educación: Técnico o tecnólogo en producción, calidad o afines. Experiencia: Mínimo 6 meses de experiencia en áreas relacionadas con procesos de producción.
