Au sein de notre site industriel de Ruitz, vous jouez un rôle essentiel dans l’approvisionnement des lignes de production en emballages et consommables nécessaires au conditionnement de nos produits. Véritable acteur de la performance industrielle, vous contribuez au bon fonctionnement de l’usine en garantissant la disponibilité, la conformité et la traçabilité des emballages tout en assurant la fluidité des flux internes. Le Préparateur Emballage réceptionne, contrôle, stocke et prépare les emballages destinés aux ateliers de production. Il participe au bon fonctionnement de son secteur d’activité tout en respectant rigoureusement les règles PPG de Qualité, Hygiène, Sécurité et Environnement. Principales responsabilités Assurer l’approvisionnement des ateliers en emballages, consommables et composants nécessaires au conditionnement. Réceptionner, contrôler et stocker les emballages selon les procédures en vigueur. Préparer les emballages conformément aux ordres de fabrication et au planning de production. Réaliser les opérations de manutention, de stockage et de transfert à l’aide des équipements adaptés. Garantir la disponibilité des emballages sur les lignes de production afin d’éviter toute rupture d’approvisionnement. Respecter les standards de sécurité, qualité, productivité et 5S. Effectuer les contrôles quotidiens et la maintenance de premier niveau des équipements. Renseigner les documents de suivi logistique et assurer la traçabilité des mouvements de stock. Identifier et signaler les anomalies, écarts ou risques potentiels. Participer aux inventaires et contribuer à l’amélioration continue du secteur. Veiller au respect des règles HSE, au tri des déchets et aux bonnes pratiques environnementales. Votre profil Titulaire d’un CAP/BEP ou Bac Pro, idéalement dans un domaine logistique ou industriel. Expérience de 2 à 5 ans minimum sur un poste similaire en environnement industriel. CACES en cours de validité pour la conduite de chariots élévateurs. Bonne connaissance des règles de sécurité liées aux opérations de manutention et de stockage. Maîtrise des règles de gestion des stocks et de traçabilité. Qualités personnelles Autonomie et rigueur. Sens de l’organisation et gestion des priorités. Esprit critique et capacité à prendre des décisions. Bon relationnel et esprit d’équipe.
