We’re looking for a Backend Developer to join us at Telia. I’m Andrius Paulauskas, Team Manager for Ingest Platform & Integrations, and I’m searching for someone ready to grow with us. We’re a supportive, forward-thinking team focused on building reliable integrations and cloud-based solutions that enable secure and seamless content delivery across our platforms. What you'll do You'll develop and support integrations while helping improve the reliability, observability, and security of our cloud-based platform. Develop and support integrations by adapting external providers' metadata formats to our internal standards and maintaining existing integrations as requirements evolve. Create solutions that improve platform observability, resilience, monitoring, and security compliance. Consult with stakeholders to gather requirements, propose technical solutions, and implement improvements that solve real operational challenges. Manage and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code practices and modern engineering tools. What will help you thrive in this role You enjoy solving integration challenges, working with structured data, and collaborating with others to turn requirements into practical technical solutions. Proven experience in TypeScript and Node.js development, ideally within a monorepo environment using pnpm and Turborepo. Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure, preferably AWS services, Infrastructure as Code, Terraform, and AWS CDK. Ability to work with event-driven architectures, REST APIs, HTTP integrations, and structured data such as JSON and XML at scale. Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly across teams.
