THE JOB: As a Gourmet Food Runner at Yellowtail inside the Bellagio, you will be part of a world-class dining destination known for its innovative dishes inspired by both traditional and contemporary Japanese cuisine. Representing the premier standards of MGM Resorts' culinary excellence, you will play a key role in creating exceptional guest experiences by delivering orders with precision and professionalism, maintaining impeccable table presentations, and anticipating guests' needs. Working both front-of-house and behind the scenes, you will support the service team, uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, execute essential side duties, and help ensure a seamless dining experience that exceeds expectations.
