Job Description: PURPOSE Support the administrative routines of the area by contributing to process organization, control updates, and operational activities, while developing professional skills through hands-on learning, team interaction, and participation in corporate routines. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Support document control and organization; Assist in updating spreadsheets and departmental reports; Provide support for the department’s administrative and operational routines; Support entries, updates, and requests in internal systems; Assist in monitoring administrative processes and demands; Support communication between departments and internal requests; Assist with meeting scheduling and calendar organization; Support the preparation of presentations and administrative materials; Provide support to teams in other routine departmental activities. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Education High school diploma completed; currently pursuing a technical degree or higher education in Administration or related fields. Languages Intermediate to advanced English. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; Organization skills and ability to support multiple demands; Ability to quickly learn corporate tools and systems; Interest in administrative routines and corporate processes; Basic knowledge of internal customer service and administrative support. COMPUTER SKILLS Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft tools; Familiarity with digital and collaborative tools. DESIRED MINIMUM EXPERIENCE Participation in school projects or extracurricular courses will be considered a plus.
