Responsibilities
“Our goal is to make peoples’ day better, sell clothes, and have FUN!”
- Greet our guests with a smile, and a warm welcome.
- Get to know your customer to suggestive sell to their lifestyle and events.
- Led the team in sales through your example of suggestive selling
- Replenish sales floor as needed.
- Maintain a clean store and merchandise to Normal standards.
- Embrace an environment that is respectful in communication.
- Promote a safe and clean environment for customers and staff.
- Help with event planning and promotion of the store.
- Recruit candidates through the social account and in-store.
- Store opening and closing responsibilities
Requirements
- 1+ year of leadership experience
- Eager to learn through feedback and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
- Hard-working, a team player, and goal-oriented.
- A true people person—approachable and friendly.
- Independent, data-driven, competitive, and full of positive energy.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new systems and processes.
- Takes strong ownership of tasks and store performance.
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to work 32–40 hours a week (with increased hours during peak business)
