This position supports one of the trusted behavioral health programs within the Advanced Recovery Systems family. Advanced Recovery Systems is the parent organization of The Recovery Village, Promises Behavioral Health, The Right Step, and The Ranch, bringing together established treatment brands with a shared commitment to expanding access to high-quality, evidence-based addiction and mental health care.

At The Recovery Village, we’re on a mission to help individuals and families overcome substance use and mental health challenges. As a Community Outreach Sales Associate, you will play a key role in connecting people to life-changing care while building a successful, long-term career in a high-impact, relationship-driven role.
What You’ll Do
- Manage and grow a territory of referral partners, including hospitals, providers, and community organizations
- Build strong, consultative relationships and serve as a trusted resource in behavioral healthcare
- Drive admissions through ethical, relationship-based outreach
- Represent a nationally recognized treatment organization within your market
- Maintain consistent communication and follow-up with referral sources
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, public relations, sales, business, or a related field preferred
- Minimum one (1) year of experience in business development, referral relations, or relationship management required
- Experience in the behavioral healthcare industry preferred
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage a territory independently
- Passion for helping others and making a meaningful impact
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record that meets safety and company insurance standards

Benefits
- Associate level pay: 75k - 85k based on experience.
- Coordinator level pay: 85k-100k based on experience.
- Strong earning potential with performance-based incentives
