What You'll Do:
- Operate and monitor production equipment
- Follow safety and quality procedures
- Perform routine inspections and basic machine adjustments
- Troubleshoot minor equipment issues
- Maintain accurate production records
- Keep work areas clean and organized
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals
Requirements
What We're Looking For:
- Manufacturing or machine operation experience, preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays as scheduled
- Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift materials throughout the shift
- High school diploma or have a GED
- Basic computer literacy
- Candidates must be a US Citizen or existing Green Card holder due to customer facility access requirements, and an ability to meet minimum lifting guidelines

- In your first successful year with us you could earn a minimum of $39,000 in base pay. (Assumes working all regular scheduled shifts.)
- Shift Pay
· Our base work-shift schedule varies from 36 to 48 hours. When you work a 36-hour week, you still get paid for 40 hours! That’s Four Free Hours Pay on this shift!
· When you work a 48-hour week, you get the extra 8 hours paid at overtime rate (1.5X), adding a minimum extra $2,420 per year to your pocket!
