Your Benefits
secure job and permanent full- or part-time position (30+ hours/week)
permanent employment contract in Thessaloniki with 14 months’ salary
€1,350 gross per month for full-time positions + performance-based bonus and project-based sales commission
an additional €6 net per workday on the Ticket Restaurant Card

Your Tasks
on-site customer service via phone and email
solution-oriented handling of inquiries and product advice, depending on the project
high service quality and customer satisfaction through active listening, targeted follow-up questions, clear information and appropriate offers
ompliance with security, data protection, and confidentiality requirements
Your Profile
very good written and spoken German
proficiency with computers and software applications
ideally, some prior experience in customer service
reliable and organized work style
willingness to work shifts
strong teamwork skills and a willingness to learn
