โข Demonstrated ability to lead field operator teams, driving productivity and adherence to safety standards.
โข Mastery of dataโdriven decision making, with experience building dashboards and analytics for operational KPIs.
โข Exceptional leadership and communication skills, capable of influencing crossโfunctional teams and senior stakeholders.
โข Experience in crossโborder or multiโregional supply chains, with a deep understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements.
