As a Media Coach, you will serve as the catalyst behind our clients’ digital growth, translating complex data into actionable strategies and guiding them to maximize ROI across all paid media channels. Your role will entail designing and executing paid customer acquisition campaigns, with a strong focus on Meta Ads, while also mentoring teams on industry best practices and emerging trends in digital marketing. You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align media objectives with broader business goals, ensuring that every campaign contributes to measurable customer acquisition targets. Finally, you will continuously refine and optimize media spend through rigorous analysis, testing, and agile adaptation to changing market dynamics.

Requirements

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

• Develop and execute end-to-end paid acquisition strategies across Meta platforms

• Analyze campaign performance data and deliver actionable insights to stakeholders

• Optimize ad creative, copy, audience targeting, and bidding strategies for maximum ROI

• Manage budgets, forecast spend, and maintain financial discipline across campaigns

• Conduct regular performance reviews and present findings to senior leadership

• Mentor clients and internal teams on digital marketing best practices

• Stay abreast of industry trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies

• Guide the development of landing pages and conversion funnels to improve CAC metrics

• Collaborate with sales and product teams to align media tactics with product launches

• Ensure compliance with platform policies and data privacy regulations

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗠𝗮𝗸𝗲𝘀 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗮 𝗚𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁 𝗙𝗶𝘁

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing with a focus on paid acquisition

• Proven success managing large-scale Meta Ads campaigns and achieving KPI targets

• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools such as Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and data visualization platforms

• Excellent communication skills, adept at translating technical data into clear, actionable recommendations

• Ability to thrive in a remote, fast-paced environment while maintaining accountability and collaboration

• Demonstrated ability to mentor and empower clients or team members to improve performance independently

• Deep understanding of funnel optimization, attribution modeling, and customer lifecycle marketing

• Proficiency in testing methodologies, including A/B and multivariate testing across digital channels

• Comfortable presenting complex insights to both technical and non-technical audiences

• Adaptability to evolving platforms, algorithms, and industry best practices.
