How you’ll make an impact: We are seeking a highly motivated Computer Science Engineering graduate to join the IT team supporting Manufacturing, Factory Systems, and IT/OT environments. The role will be responsible for managing, supporting, and enhancing business applications, manufacturing systems, and digital solutions that enable factory operations, industrial automation, and operational excellence. Technical Skills Application Management Experience supporting enterprise applications and business-critical systems. Knowledge of application lifecycle management, change management, and release management. Exposure to ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or equivalent. Manufacturing & Factory Systems Understanding of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES). Exposure to factory applications such as: Production Management Systems Quality Management Systems Warehouse Management Systems Traceability Solutions Digital Factory Platforms Understanding of Industry 4.0 concepts and Smart Manufacturing technologies. IT/OT Integration Basic understanding of Operational Technology (OT) environments. Lead or support digitalization and Industry 4.0 initiatives. Ensure high system availability and user satisfaction. Coordinate with vendors and global application support teams. Support IT/OT integration projects across manufacturing facilities. Maintain system documentation, governance, and compliance requirements. Your background: Bachelor's degree in computer science engineering, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline. 3-8 years of relevant experience in IT Applications, Manufacturing IT, Digitalization, or Industrial Systems (adjust based on position level).
