About Ace Waves
Customer service is being rebuilt from the ground up with the arrival of the latest AI tech. At Ace Waves, we’re building an AI agents platform that handles real customer conversations end-to-end for leading consumer brands.Started in stealth, Ace Waves is now a fast-growing startup with strong funding (undisclosed publicly for now) and a growing customer base across Europe.
We’re a hybrid company based in Kaunas, with growing hubs in Vilnius and London, driven by a shared commitment to excellence, ambition, and speed.
Teams Purpose
Our co-founders Antanas Bakšys, Ringaudas Kalinauskas, and Lukas Mikuckis - the same founders behind SearchNode, successfully acquired in 2022. Industry veterans and pioneers in agentic AI with a clear ambition for Ace Waves: to become a global top vendor and the next unicorn from Lithuania. As an early team member, you’ll work close to the founders.
Why We Are Keeping This Open
Don't see an open role that feels like the perfect fit, but you'd still love to join Ace Waves?
We'd genuinely love to hear from you.
We're growing fast, and while we can't always hire for every role immediately, we're constantly meeting exceptional people who might become a perfect match for future opportunities.
Tell Us About Yourself
Send us:
- Your CV
- A few sentences about yourself:
- What experience are you bringing?
- What kind of role would you be excited to do at Ace Waves?
- Why does our company resonate with you?
No need for a long cover letter—we'd much rather read a few honest paragraphs.
A small note
We're still a small startup, which means we simply don't have the capacity to speak with everyone who reaches out (as much as we'd love to).
We'll carefully review every application and keep it in mind as we grow. If a role opens up that feels like a great match, we'll be in touch.
Thanks for thinking of Ace Waves as a place where you'd like to build. It means a lot.
