For our client, an international leader in delivering innovative and sustainable technical solutions, we are looking for a Technical Sales Representative to support the development and expansion of the customer portfolio in Bucharest and the surrounding counties of Călărași, Giurgiu, Argeș, Vâlcea, and Constanța.
This role is part of the division dedicated to water management solutions for the construction industry and focuses on driving sales of premium underfloor heating systems and domestic water distribution solutions. The position involves working closely with installers, mechanical contractors, distributors, and real estate developers.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and expand the customer and partner portfolio within the assigned region.
Identify new business opportunities and relevant projects in the construction and building services market.
Build and maintain strong relationships with installers, distributors, developers, and end clients.
Manage the entire sales process, from prospecting and preparing offers to negotiation and converting opportunities into orders.
Track projects throughout the complete sales cycle, from identification to implementation and delivery.
Collaborate with technical and internal teams to provide the most suitable solutions and ensure project success.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities.
Use the CRM platform to manage opportunities, projects, and sales activities.
Participate in business meetings, industry events, and market development initiatives.
Candidate Profile
Minimum of 4 years of experience in B2B sales.
Experience in building services, HVAC, construction materials, piping systems, or technical distribution.
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Results-oriented mindset focused on business development.
Strategic thinking and a consultative sales approach.
Ability to independently develop a sales territory and identify growth opportunities.
Good knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
Intermediate to advanced level of English.
Valid Category B driving licence and willingness to travel.
