Role OverviewWe're seeking a Dutch-speaking Sales Consultant to join our team in Rethymno, Crete. In this role, you'll guide Dutch-speaking clients through their journey of finding and purchasing their ideal property in Greece. The position involves regular travel throughout Greece to show properties and meet with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide potential buyers through the entire property purchase process
- Travel throughout Greece to conduct property viewings
- Create detailed property presentations
- Meet clients and accompany them on viewing trips
- Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the sales process
- Collaborate with our legal and intake departments to ensure smooth transactions
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients
- Prepare and process sales documentation
- Contribute to our company's growth in the Dutch market

Your profile
What We're Looking For:- Native or professional fluency in Dutch
- Professional level of English
- Greek language skills are a plus
- Previous customer service experience (real estate experience is a plus but not required)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional presence and presentation abilities
- Valid driving license and comfort with regular driving
- Flexibility to travel and work some weekends when clients visit
- Customer service oriented with attention to detail
- Ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions
- Computer literacy and comfort with CRM systems
