We’re looking for a Digital Performance Media Specialist who knows how to turn paid media into measurable growth.
You’ll take hands-on ownership of paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google and TikTok, using data, testing and continuous optimisation to drive customer acquisition, revenue and ROI.
This role is for someone who loves getting into the detail. You know how to scale what’s working, identify what isn’t and make smart decisions about where budget should go to get the best possible return.
What you’ll do
Plan, launch, manage and scale paid campaigns across Meta, Google and TikTok
Develop performance strategies aligned to customer acquisition and revenue goals
Manage and allocate media budgets to maximise ROI, ROAS and efficiency
Continuously analyse and optimise campaign performance
Run A/B tests across audiences, creative, landing pages, ad copy, keywords and bids
Use conversion tracking and performance data to identify opportunities for growth
Build and refine audience targeting strategies
Work closely with creative, analytics and marketing teams to improve results
Stay ahead of platform changes, emerging trends and competitor activity
Turn performance data into clear insights and actionable recommendations
What we’re looking for
4+ years’ hands-on paid media/performance marketing experience
Strong, proven experience managing Meta Ads across Facebook and Instagram
Hands-on experience managing campaigns across Google Ads and TikTok Ads
Experience managing and optimising meaningful paid media budgets
A proven track record of improving ROAS, ROI, CPA/CAC, conversions and/or revenue
Strong understanding of A/B testing, audience targeting, campaign optimisation and conversion tracking
Google Ads and Google Analytics certifications
Meta certification would be advantageous
Strong analytical skills and confidence working with performance data and Excel
Experience in eCommerce or high-volume customer acquisition would be highly valuable
