Responsibilities
As a Senior Solutions Engineer, you will act as a technical expert and trusted advisor, connecting TeamViewer’s sales team with enterprise customers. Your focus will be on demonstrating and delivering value through TeamViewer’s solutions in DEX, Remote connectivity, End Point Management, Observability, and Automation.
Become a subject matter expert on our DEX, remote connectivity, and remote management product portfolio.
Conduct engaging product demonstrations, webinars, and presentations, tailoring content to customer requirements, pain points, and business objectives.
Clearly articulate the technical value proposition, business benefits, competitive differentiation, and strategic positioning of our solutions.
Partner with the sales team to conduct discovery sessions, understand customer needs and technical requirements, and design tailored solutions that leverage our product capabilities.
Develop and deliver detailed solution proposals, statements of work (SOWs), and technical presales collateral, including RFI/RFP/RFQ responses.
Contribute technical expertise, competitive intelligence, and solution messaging to support presales assets and customer engagements.
Design, implement, and manage POVs and pilot programs, providing technical guidance, analyzing outcomes, and delivering recommendations to customers.
Requirements
Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Applied Computer Science, or a related IT field, or equivalent practical experience.
10+ years of experience in technology roles, including 8+ years in technical sales, presales, solutions consulting, product management, technical support, or IT administration.
Proven experience selling SaaS solutions, including DEX, UEM/Endpoint Management, Asset Management, Observability, Remote Connectivity, and ITSM platforms. Experience with DEX or Endpoint Management solutions is highly desirable.
Strong understanding of enterprise IT technologies and frameworks, including areas such as SAML, scripting, networking, operating systems, Active Directory, virtualization, security protocols, cloud computing, ITIL, and ITSM workflows.
Well-versed in sales cycles, presales processes, project management, and digital workplace transformation initiatives, with a track record of supporting multimillion-dollar enterprise opportunities.
Experience working with SIs, MSPs, GSIs, and channel partners.
Relevant industry certifications (e.g., Microsoft Endpoint Manager, Jamf, VMware Workspace ONE, ITIL, or data analytics certifications) preferred.
Willingness to travel up to 40%.
