(5%) Prepare requisitions, receiving reports, work orders. (5%) Work registration. (20%) Prepare form letters and memoranda letters. (5%) Maintain file for payroll copies. (5%) Maintain files for photocopies of forms, letters, records. (5%) Type and prepare reports for supervisor as required, answer phones and greet visitors. (5%) Minimum Qualifications: The position requires at least a high school diploma or GED equivalency and at least two years of prior-related work experience.
