About the Role
We are looking for a dependable and hands-on Event Setup Assistant to help prepare event spaces for promotional activities, presentations, and special gatherings. This role is suited to someone who enjoys practical tasks, working as part of a team, and ensuring that every detail is ready before an event begins. Training is available for candidates who are organized, proactive, and willing to learn.
Responsibilities
Assist with arranging event spaces, displays, tables, signage, and promotional materials.
Prepare event areas according to setup instructions and presentation guidelines.
Organize supplies and check that materials are ready before activities begin.
Help maintain a clean, safe, and professional event environment.
Support event breakdown and return materials to their designated storage areas.
Coordinate with team members to complete tasks efficiently and on schedule.
Provide general assistance during events when needed.
