About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and hands-on Event Setup Assistant to help prepare event spaces and ensure activities are ready to run smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys practical tasks, working as part of a team, and contributing to successful events. No extensive experience is required, and training will be provided to help you learn event preparation procedures and develop valuable organizational skills.
Responsibilities
Prepare event spaces according to setup instructions and schedules.
Arrange tables, chairs, displays, signage, and promotional materials as needed.
Check that event areas are clean, organized, and presentable before activities begin.
Assist with loading, unloading, moving, and organizing event supplies.
Support breakdown and cleanup after events conclude.
Communicate with team members to ensure setup tasks are completed on time.
Identify missing materials or setup concerns and report them to the appropriate person.
Follow safety guidelines when handling equipment and supplies.
