Senior Sales Manager
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities to achieve the company's commercial objectives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
- Identify new business opportunities, market segments, and potential clients to expand the customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, corporate accounts, and business partners.
- Lead, motivate, and support the sales team to achieve individual and departmental targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, reports, and performance analyses for management review.
- Conduct client meetings, sales presentations, negotiations, and contract discussions.
- Collaborate with Marketing and other departments to develop promotional activities and maximize sales opportunities.
- Monitor sales performance against established KPIs and implement corrective actions when necessary.
- Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies, procedures, and brand standards.
- Maintain accurate client databases, sales records, and pipeline reports.
- Represent the company at networking events, trade shows, exhibitions, and industry functions as required.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant sales experience, preferably with leadership or supervisory experience.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and relevant sales or CRM systems.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results in a target-driven environment.
- Excellent command of English & Arabic. Additional languages are an advantage.
