- Support the analysis of Market Intelligence projects, displaying data manipulation and analysis knowledge.
- Create and support the dissemination of Power BI dashboards and reports.
- Work and collaborate with the eCommerce team on sales and impact analysis.
- Prepare findings to be shared with internal stakeholders, including Brand Marketing and Sales teams.
- Use Excel, Power BI and R with proficient level of expertise and attention to detail.
- Review decks for format and visual design consistency.
- Document processes and procedures to drive continuous improvement.
- Partner with the broader Research & Insights team on cross-functional projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline required.
- 3-5 years of professional experience in a Data Analysis role.
- Proficiency in Power BI for building and managing dashboards.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Familiarity with eCommerce and eCommerce workflows and impact measurements.
- Familiarity with syndicated sales data such as Circana or Nielsen.
- Familiarity with R or other data science programming languages preferred.
- Prior experience working with consumer-packaged goods data (sales, panel, and DTC) preferred but not required.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with comfort in quantitative data analysis.
- Highly detail-oriented, with the ability to maintain a broad strategic perspective.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- AI experience is preferred but not required.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Pay Range: $75,000 - $90,000 and may include a discretionary bonus. Final compensation will be dependent upon skills & experience.
