An environment that empowers you to take action: Starting wage: $24.67/hour Additional $1.00/hour night-shift premium 12-hour shifts from approximately 6:45/7:00 PM to 6:45/7:00 AM night shift position. 2-2-3 rotation schedule, totaling 84 hours over a two-week period. What you’ll be responsible for each day: Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Maintain compliance with GMPs, HACCP, SQF, and all food safety requirements Perform equipment washing and sanitation Support production activities as needed Follow company policies, safety rules, and quality standards Complete additional tasks as assigned The individual who will own this role: High School Diploma (required) Previous food industry or manufacturing experience (preferred) Physically capable of standing, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs Strong attention to safety and hygiene Reliable, self‑motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision Willingness to work shifts and occasional overtime Must have reliable transportation An environment that values engagement and encourages everyone to take initiative.
