Overview
As the Graphic Designer, you will serve as a dedicated member and supporting more than 30 communities across the United States.
You will collaborate closely with marketing leadership to create beautiful, brand-consistent materials that communicate warmth, hospitality, connection, and quality of life. This role requires someone who can balance creativity with process, build scalable design systems, and maintain premium brand standards across multiple locations.
Success in This Role Looks Like
- Delivering polished, premium-quality creative assets across print, digital, social, email, and presentation channels.
- Building Canva template systems that community teams can customize while maintaining brand consistency.
- Supporting 30+ communities with scalable design solutions and timely creative execution.
- Translating the Aegis Living brand into warm, aspirational, lifestyle-focused visual storytelling.
- Producing work that feels more like luxury hospitality marketing than traditional healthcare marketing.
- Maintaining exceptional attention to detail across multiple campaigns and stakeholders
Key Responsibilities
Brand Design & Marketing Assets
- Design brochures, flyers, invitations, direct mail pieces, newsletters, signage, and other print materials.
- Design digital assets including email graphics, web banners, landing page visuals, social media creatives, and digital advertising campaigns.
- Create presentation decks and executive-level marketing materials.
- Develop and maintain brand templates for multiple communities.
- Design marketing collateral that reflects Aegis Living’s premium brand standards.
Canva Template Development
- Build scalable Canva template systems for community marketing teams.
- Create editable templates that support local customization while protecting brand standards.
- Develop master templates with locked elements, editable content areas, and version-control standards.
- Ensure consistency across 30+ community marketing teams.
- Canva expertise is essential for this role.
Social & Digital Creative
- Design graphics for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google Business Profiles.
- Create digital advertising creatives for paid campaigns.
- Design email marketing assets and campaign templates.
- Support website and landing page creative updates.
Production & Design Operations
- Maintain organized digital asset libraries, naming conventions, and version-control standards.
- Prepare production-ready files for print vendors, including proper bleed, trim, color, and output specifications.
- Participate in creative reviews and efficiently implement revisions.
- Work directly with Marketing Directors and Community Teams to gather briefs, clarify requirements, and balance priorities.
Requirements
Required:
3+ years of professional graphic design experience.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating premium brand work.
- Graphic Designer with expertise in transforming creative concepts into engaging social media content through LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other digital platforms.
- Experience supporting hospitality, luxury lifestyle, real estate, healthcare, wellness, or senior living brands.
- Advanced Canva proficiency and experience creating template-based design systems.
- Production-level expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Strong typography, layout, and visual hierarchy skills.
- Strong English communication skills for brief intake, feedback loops, and daily collaboration with a US-based team.
- Ability to work Pacific Standard Time business hours
Preferred:
Luxury hospitality, resort, hotel, or lifestyle marketing experience.
- Premium real estate, wellness, healthcare, or senior living marketing experience.
- Multi-location or franchise brand support.
- Experience working with distributed marketing teams
