Child & Community Impact Narrative & Data Specialist.

With 75 years of experience, our focus is on helping the most vulnerable children overcome poverty and experience fullness of life. We help children of all backgrounds, even in the most dangerous places, inspired by our Christian faith. Come join our 31,000+ staff working in nearly 100 countries and share the joy of transforming vulnerable children’s life stories! Key Responsibilities: As the Child & Community Impact Data Specialist, you will define and drive the strategic evolution of World Vision’s sponsorship impact intelligence ecosystem—shaping how child and community impact is translated into compelling, sponsor-facing engagement experiences globally. You will lead the design and implementation of integrated impact intelligence frameworks that connect child sponsorship data, programme outcomes, and storytelling into scalable, AI-enabled engagement experiences across 30+ markets. Working in close partnership with global marketers and internal systems teams, you will support sponsor engagement, acquisition, and retention by ensuring high-quality data, system readiness, and efficient, automated storytelling solutions. This role plays a critical part in strengthening the sponsorship experience by ensuring it is grounded in credible, connected evidence of change—capturing the story of both the child and their community. You will lead cross-functional collaboration to design, deliver, and continuously improve impact data frameworks that meet the needs of Support Offices, field teams, and sponsors worldwide, while advancing the transition from static reporting to dynamic, data-driven storytelling. As part of a global team, you will help enable children and their communities to share their stories, while empowering sponsors to better understand and connect with the impact they help create. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Strong experience in monitoring, data design, and impact storytelling—especially in development or humanitarian contexts. A collaborative and systems-oriented mindset, with a proven ability to utilise emerging technology to automate processes and coordinate across diverse stakeholders and technical teams. A passion for using data to communicate change, uplift voices, and connect supporters with meaningful progress in communities. Design Impact Intelligence & Narrative Systems Lead the collaborative design of registered child (RC) and programmatic impact data based on customer insights, field innovation, and evolving Support Office requirements. Architect modular data-to-story frameworks and a transition roadmap from legacy processes to AI-enabled impact systems. Translate indicators into narrative building blocks. Enable AI-assisted storytelling pipelines and quality assurance of generated stories. Coordinate Data Delivery Oversee the end-to-end process of collecting, validating, and delivering sponsor-ready impact data to ensure consistency, timeliness, and alignment with global standards. Integrate Child & Community Data Co-develop a fully integrated approach to combine RC monitoring with programme activity monitoring—delivering a holistic ‘child in community’ impact narrative. Drive Continuous Improvement Lead ongoing enhancements to data quality, systems, and delivery processes that promote simplification, performance, and deeper alignment with World Vision’s programming work. Experience leading enterprise-scale data, digital transformation, or impact intelligence initiatives across complex global organizations. Demonstrated ability to define strategic frameworks and operationalize scalable global capabilities. Proven success influencing senior stakeholders across technical, marketing, product, and operational functions. Experience in prompt engineering for generative AI, AI output validation and risk mitigation, automated narrative systems, and business analytics.
