Experience leading products that require collaboration across multiple technical and business domains, including translating ambiguous problems into actionable product strategies, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes. Strong ability to use customer insights, business context, quantitative analysis, experimentation, and market or operational data to make product decisions and communicate recommendations clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications: Demonstrated experience taking products from concept to scaled adoption. Experience leading pricing, inventory, marketplace, optimization, forecasting, or similarly complex data-driven products in high-volume or rapidly changing environments. Track record of influencing product strategy and technical direction across multiple teams or domains, including making sound prioritization and tradeoff decisions. Experience improving product and operational excellence through experimentation, instrumentation, automation, process improvement, and disciplined measurement of outcomes.
