  • Support implementation of process improvements and corrective actions.
  • Assist with supplier audits and quality reviews as requested.

Supplier Performance Monitoring & Reporting

  • Monitor and report on supplier performance related to quality, production, inventory accuracy, responsiveness, and on-time shipment readiness.

  • Provide regular updates to Safetrust Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain leadership regarding supplier performance and operational concerns.
  • Escalate recurring issues, process gaps, resource constraints, or compliance concerns that may affect supplier performance.
  • Maintain accurate records of supplier quality issues, inventory discrepancies, production delays, and corrective actions.
  • Support the development and reporting of supplier performance metrics, including quality performance, inventory accuracy, production output, and delivery reliability.
  • Act as Safetrust's on-site representative, providing objective feedback and observations regarding supplier operations and overall performance.
