WE'RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO
- Loves tax and enjoys digging into complex issues
- Is an active CPA with a good understanding of GAAP
- Brings strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Has 5+ years of experience in public accounting
- Ability to work in our Hutchinson, Kansas office on a regular basis
- Enjoys managing client relationships and developing their own book of business
- Is interested in mentoring others and contributing to a growing team
THIS IS WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Develop and maintain relationships with local business owners, individuals, and organizations throughout the communities we serve.
- Review business and individual income tax returns
- Review tax projections and quarterly estimates
- Identify planning opportunities and help clients achieve their goals (B, as we call it)
- Help grow other team members by spending time with them and knowledge sharing

Location: Hutchinson, KS (in-office or hybrid, depending on firm needs). Candidates must reside within commuting distance of Hutchinson or be willing to relocate prior to employment.
