Lead high-profile projects with product implications, turning strategic ideas into measurable outcomes that drive innovation and growth. Influence Global Payments’ mergers and acquisitions strategy by identifying opportunities that expand capabilities, enter new markets, and create long-term value. Identify emerging market trends, client needs, and industry shifts, transforming insights into actionable strategies that position the business for future success. Create compelling recommendations and executive-level materials that inform decision-making and guide strategic priorities with senior leaders and the Board. Build strong relationships across business functions and external partners to align teams, accelerate execution, and maximize impact. Champion innovation by evaluating new products, partnerships, and business models that help shape the future of payments and commerce. What you bring 2 to 4 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, or a strategy-focused role within a financial institution. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with advanced capabilities in Excel and PowerPoint. Experience developing strategic recommendations and translating complex information into clear, actionable insights. A passion for innovation and a strong interest in payments, financial technology, and emerging products. Proven ability to influence stakeholders and build credibility across a complex organization. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage and collaborate with senior leaders.
