What you'll bring 4-6 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, private equity, or a strategy focused role within a financial institution Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with advanced capabilities in Excel and PowerPoint Demonstrated track record of leading complex strategic initiatives and delivering measurable business outcomes in a fast-paced, matrixed environment. Exceptional communication, executive presentation, and storytelling skills, including experience preparing materials for C-suite leaders and Boards of Directors. Deep interest in payments, financial technology, software, commerce, and emerging technology trends, with the ability to identify and capitalize on new growth opportunities.
