This role involves utilizing various databases, information systems, and analytical tools to monitor, evaluate, and enhance business performance. The Business Analyst also assists in the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of information systems, ensuring data accuracy, accessibility, and usability for decision-making. Education Bachelor's Degree (Required) Experience The Business Analyst is responsible for designing and generating reports, dashboards, and visualizations for business operations. Analyzing trends, patterns, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to provide actionable insights and maintaining data integrity, accuracy, and consistency in reporting. The incumbent must be able to utilize SQL, Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or other analytics tools to extract and manipulate data; conduct statistical analysis to support data-driven decision-making and translate complex data into concise, easy-to-understand reports for stakeholders. The Business Analyst must be able to assist in the development, implementation, and optimization of business information systems; maintain data structures, queries, and reporting tools to support business needs; and work closely with IT teams to ensure data availability and system functionality. In addition, the incumbent will be responsible for: documenting business processes, data sources, and reporting methodologies, identifying inefficiencies and opportunities for process improvement, providing recommendations for enhancing data collection, storage, and analysis methods while working closely with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and IT to understand reporting needs. Experience working with large datasets and multiple databases. Knowledge of business intelligence (BI) tools, SQL querying, and reporting software. 3+ years of relevant experience in business analysis, data reporting, or analytics. We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay range for full-time employment is $76,086.40 - $115,585.60 annually. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, on-call pay, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs. Note: If an annual salary is posted, it is based on a full-time colleague working 2,080 hours annually.
