EU Digital Services Act (DSA)

The purpose of the DSA is to create a safe digital space where the fundamental rights of users are protected. You may refer to the resources available in this section related to the DSA regulatory obligations, to the extent those apply to Progress hosted services as “intermediary services” as determined by the DSA.

EU Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA)

The Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA) is an EU regulation aimed at strengthening the IT security and operational resilience of financial entities. To the extent Progress is considered as an ICT third-party service provider, we are committed to supporting our customers in their compliance efforts with DORA. The document linked below explains the position taken by Progress in respect of the DORA legislation and is intended to assist you in determining whether DORA applies to you and if so whether it applies to the services Progress provides to you. The document contains a DataSheet which includes the relevant company information as required by DORA and the implementing technical standards, references to the Progress Standard ICT Services Agreements, Security Measures, Privacy Practices, Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) related to DORA, a Customer Information Questionnaire, and a link to the pre-signed Progress Software DORA Addendum.

SEC Regulation S-P

Beginning December 3, 2025, for larger entities (and most broker-dealers) or June 3, 2026, for smaller entities, compliance with SEC Regulation S-P: Privacy of Consumer Financial Information and Safeguarding Personal Information is required for those entities subject to the regulation. To support our customers who are Covered Institutions under the regulation, Progress makes available a pre-signed SEC Regulation S-P Service Provider Addendum that can help you with your compliance obligations related to the use of Progress products and services if Progress is a Service Provider under the regulation. Also provided is a Guide for customers on how to make the Addendum effective. To make the Addendum apply to you, please do the following:

 Carefully review the linked Progress SEC Regulation S-P Service Provider Addendum Guide for Customers to determine if it applies to your Progress products and services; and

 If it does apply, follow directions in the Guide to review, fill out, and submit the SEC Regulation S-P Addendum Request Form. Once properly submitted, an Addendum is sent to you for signature. Once you sign, a duly executed copy is returned to [email protected].

Ireland Pay Gap Report 2025

Beginning in 2025, employers with 50 or more employees in Ireland will need to publish their gap report. As of the Snapshot Date of June 15, 2025 ("Snapshot Date"), Progress had 64 applicable employees, and thus, now required to submit these calculations.
