Required Qualifications:
- Active pharmacy license (RPh or PharmD) in good standing in one or more of our focus states: OR, WA, ID, MT, WY, AZ, TX, FL or additional U.S. states
- Certified Immunizer
- BLS/ALS Certification
- Annual Bloodborne Pathogen Training
- Professional Liability Insurance
- Experience in drug utilization reviews and maintaining accurate records
- Deliver exceptional patient and customer service
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments while ensuring accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality of patient records
- HIPAA compliant and knowledgeable of all applicable federal and state laws and regulations
- Flexible and adaptable — able to work a variety of schedules including days, evenings, holidays, and weekends
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2–3 years of pharmacy experience in your practice settings
- Additional credentials, specializations, or certifications — MTM, compounding, clinical review, behavioral health, long-term care
