About The Role
Realm Health is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our Member Services team at our Dallas, TX office. This full-time, hourly position is ideal for someone who excels at providing exceptional customer service and seamlessly communicates in both English and Spanish. As a critical part of our team, you will help ensure a positive experience for our members by addressing their needs with empathy and professionalism. What You'll Do
- Deliver outstanding customer service to members in both English and Spanish.
- Respond to inquiries and resolve issues efficiently across multiple communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Accurately document member interactions and maintain thorough records in our system.
- Work collaboratively with the Member Services team to ensure the highest level of support for our members.
- Utilize critical thinking skills to identify and resolve any challenges or issues faced by members.
- Provide empathetic, solutions-oriented assistance to maintain high member satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date on company policies, products, and services to provide members with accurate and relevant information.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Bilingual proficiency in both English and Spanish, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to remain calm and empathetic under pressure.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a dynamic work environment.
- Proficiency in relevant computer systems and customer service software is a plus.
- Availability to work full-time on a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
