Your Daily Role:
- Answer technical questions from customers (via phone and email) regarding our products, our website, and credit card payments;
- Guide customers through the creation and management of their online accounts;
- Monitor shipments and take necessary steps in case of transportation or delivery issues;
- Collaborate with various internal teams to meet the personalized needs of our clientele.
What Makes You the Ideal Candidate:
- Experience in customer service or technical support (an asset);
- Strong sense of customer service and an empathetic approach;
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and computer systems;
