Position Details As a core HR function, you will support the smooth operation of our business by facilitating HR communication across various aspects, including labor relations, organizational development (approvals and secondments), performance management, talent development, and recruitment. Key Responsibilities - Identifying and resolving business challenges through regular meetings with management. - Promoting and ensuring the successful adoption of HR initiatives within the business. - Conducting one-on-one meetings with employees as needed. - Analyzing organizational issues quantitatively based on HR data.
