We are currently seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) with an established book of business to join Wave Plastic Surgery & Aesthetic Laser Center in San Francisco, California.

What We're Looking For
- Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) in California
- Established and transferable book of business within aesthetics
- Proven experience performing cosmetic injectables and aesthetic treatments
- Strong patient retention and relationship-building skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for growing a practice
- Ability to contribute to clinic growth through patient acquisition, referrals, and community engagement

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient consultations and assessments to determine treatment suitability
- Develop customized treatment plans based on patient goals and clinical best practices
- Perform aesthetic procedures including injectables, cosmetic laser treatments, and other non-surgical aesthetic services
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the EMR system
- Foster long-term patient relationships through exceptional service, education, and follow-up care
- Support patient retention initiatives and contribute to clinic revenue growth
- Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and evidence-based aesthetic practices
- Collaborate closely with physicians, clinical staff, and leadership to ensure an exceptional patient experience
- Participate in marketing initiatives, patient events, and community outreach efforts to support business growth
- Maintain compliance with all applicable regulatory, safety, and infection control standards

Providers will split their time between our San Francisco and San Mateo locations.
