The practice serves a discerning patient population across 4 locations in Northern California. With established infrastructure, experienced staff, and operational support in place, the incoming surgeon can focus on clinical excellence while scaling a sustainable and rewarding practice.

Requirements:
- MD or DO with completion of an accredited Plastic Surgery residency
- Board-certified or board-eligible
- Strong aesthetic and/or reconstructive surgical skill set
- Excellent communication, professionalism, and bedside manner
