Monday & Friday: 8:30AM-3:30PM
Tuesday- Thursday: 8:30AM-7PM

Responsibilities
- Deliver a warm, welcoming, and personalized experience for every patient.
- Manage patient check-ins and check-outs, including collecting information, processing payments, and maintaining accurate records.
- Answer incoming calls, respond to voicemails, schedule appointments, and assist with patient inquiries.
- Maintain clean, organized, and welcoming reception and treatment areas.
- Prepare patient charts and assist with daily administrative responsibilities.
- Collaborate with providers and team members to ensure smooth patient flow and an exceptional experience.
- Develop familiarity with our aesthetic treatments and skincare offerings to confidently assist patients with general inquiries.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role.
- Warm, outgoing, and professional with excellent communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable with phone systems, scheduling, and computer programs.
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Interest or experience in medical aesthetics, skincare, or healthcare is a plus.
