We monitor a full range of console and peripheral computer operations across multiple hardware platforms and operating systems. As an IT Technician I you are responsible for overseeing the training of junior members of the team on all areas of responsibilities. POSITION SUMMARY This position is responsible for supporting business planning, tactical execution, and business integration in assigned technology area. The primary focus is to ensure customer satisfaction for all IT activities and support services. Acts as a resource in documenting issues, problems and concerns in regard to IT resources, tools and systems. Interacts as part of a team and can support some company Information Technology infrastructure, networks, hardware and applications.
