Uses data and insights to identify trends, shape facility-level action plans, and inform strategy. Collaborates with cross-functional leaders to ensure accountability for PX performance and the sustained integration of a PX-focused culture. Monitors and analyzes PX performance, leveraging data to steer improvements and hold peers and subordinates accountable to established goals and PX culture.
