Maintains relationships with physicians and clinical leadership to assist consumers, including travel for education, collaboration, and expanding knowledge of network facilities and offerings. Assists leadership with program development, functioning as a liaison with stakeholder teams, and providing data and departmental information. Completes accurate data collection as directed by the supervisor and submits monthly reports in a timely and efficient manner. Supports program awareness within the physician community and the broader community, both in person and virtually, in collaboration with leadership and CHN teams.
