  • Ensure full compliance with BS7671 Wiring Regulations, Electricity at Work Regulations, and client specifications.
  • Support technical audits and quality assurance processes.
  • Maintain accurate compliance records and certification.
  • Assist in resolving technical electrical queries from engineers and clients.

Client & Resident Liaison

  • Build strong working relationships with housing associations, local authorities, residents, and internal teams.
  • Attend client meetings and operational review meetings.
  • Support the resolution of customer complaints and technical issues.
  • Deliver a professional and customer-focused service.

Commercial & Performance Support

  • Assist with monitoring contract costs and performance against budget.
  • Support pricing and management of remedial works and contract variations.
  • Produce operational and compliance reports.

Health & Safety

  • Promote a strong electrical safety culture across all contracts.
  • Ensure engineers comply with company procedures and safe working practices.
  • Support toolbox talks, audits, and site inspections.
  • Assist with accident, incident, and near-miss investigations.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety legislation.

Essential Skills & Experience
