Responsibilities Acquire, grow, and manage a portfolio of affluent retail banking customers to achieve business targets. Provide comprehensive financial advisory services, including wealth management, investment, and insurance solutions tailored to customer needs. Deliver consistent sales performance in line with established key performance indicators and incentive frameworks. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers through regular engagement and proactive service. Ensure strict adherence to regulatory requirements, compliance standards, and internal bank policies during all transactions. Collaborate with internal product specialists and branch teams to deliver a seamless customer experience. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline. Required regulatory licenses for financial advisory and investment product sales. Proven track record of success in sales, wealth management, or relationship management within the financial services sector. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with diverse customer segments. Deep understanding of financial markets, wealth management products, and investment instruments.
