This position reports to: QCI&HSE Manager __ ISO合规文件管理实习生（QEHS及信息安全方向） 岗位职责： •协助更新和优化ISO 原有中文规范、本地流程的整理、分类与标准化 Support the organization, classification, and standardization of existing ISO compliance Chinese documents, local regulations. •按照新的平台和模板要求，将原有文件转换为标准格式，并提交审批。 Convert documents into standard formats based on new platform templates, and support document upload and approval workflows •协助ISO合规相关培训及会议的组织 Support the coordination and organization ISO compliance trainings and activities. •协助涉及ISO合规文件电子化与归档。 Support the digitalization and archiving of compliance-related documents and records. 岗位要求： 1.学历与实习背景 •在校研究生/大学生（课程基本结束者优先） Current Master’s student , (students with coursework largely completed preferred) •能够尽快到岗，实习期间出勤稳定 Able to start as soon as possible with stable attendance during the internship 2.实习期限与时间保障 •实习期限不少于6个月，可实习1年者优先 Internship duration of at least 6 months, with 1-year availability preferred •每周至少3天到岗，可保证稳定工作时间 Able to commit to a minimum of 3 working days per week with a stable schedule 3.能力与工作态度 •有意愿了解ISO合规要求，有ISO合规知识或经验者优先Willingness to develop an understanding of ISO compliance requirements; prior experience or knowledge of ISO-related compliance is an advantage. •工作认真细致、有耐心，可以接受以文件处理和整理为主的工作 Detail-oriented, patient, and capable of handling document-focused work. •具备良好的执行力和责任心，能按流程完成文件转换、上传及审批支持 Strong execution skills and sense of responsibility; able to follow processes for document conversion, upload, and approval support •熟练使用 Word / PDF / Excel 等基础办公软件 Proficient in basic office software, including Word, PDF, and Excel 4.合规与职业素养 •具备良好的职业操守和保密意识，可签署保密协议 Strong professional ethics and confidentiality awareness; able to sign a confidentiality agreement •能严格遵守公司流程，规范处理涉及员工个人信息及合规文件 Able to strictly follow company procedures when handling employee personal data and compliance-related documents 加分项（非必需） •有质量/HSE /管理体系（如 ISO）或文件管理相关经验 Experience in Quality, HSE, management systems (e.g. ISO) or document management •有SharePoint / One Point /文档管理系统使用经验 Experience with SharePoint, One Point, or other document management systems •良好的中英文阅读能力 Good Chinese and English reading skills Building a cleaner, smarter future takes all kinds of minds: the curious, the courageous, and the creative.
