  • Collaborating with engineering teams to integrate new software development and AI practices into training and assessment
  • Partnering with engineering and recruiting teams to connect hiring directly to on-the-job performance
  • Driving improvements to assessment and curricula through analysis of performance outcomes and participant feedback
  • Growing the Education function by identifying opportunities for the firm to improve the quality of its engineers

You'll join a culture of collaboration and excellence, surrounded by curious thinkers and creative problem-solvers. Motivated by a passion for continuous improvement, you'll thrive in a supportive, high-performing environment alongside talented colleagues, collectively tackling some of the toughest challenges in the financial markets.

In addition, you'll receive:

  • The opportunity to work alongside best-in-class professionals from over 40 different countries
  • Highly competitive compensation package including performance-based bonus structure
  • 401(k) match up to 50%
  • Comprehensive health, mental, dental, vision, disability, and life coverage
  • 25 paid vacation days alongside market holidays
  • Extensive office perks, including breakfast, lunch and snacks, regular social events, clubs, sporting leagues and more

Who you are

  • Substantial hands-on software engineering experience with strong technical depth
  • Experience mentoring, teaching, coaching, or developing other engineers through training, curriculum design, technical assessments, or similar initiatives
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to engineers at different experience levels
  • Passion for developing technical talent and creating engaging, effective learning experiences
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to partner with engineering, recruitment, and education teams to improve technical development programs
  • Experience designing technical assessments or interview processes is a plus
  • Familiarity with agentic development, adult learning principles, or instructional design is a plus
  • Exposure to high-performance, low-latency, or trading systems is a plus
