About Sent
Sent is building the messaging infrastructure that powers how businesses communicate with their customers. We provide a unified API for SMS, WhatsApp, iMessage, and RCS, making it simple for developers to reach people on any channel. We've raised $5.8M in funding and we're growing fast.
The Role
We're looking for an Automation Tester to help ensure that Sent's platform ships reliably. You'll build and maintain automated test suites, work closely with engineering, and be a meaningful voice on quality across the product.
What You'll Do
• Build automated test coverage. Write and maintain automated tests across web, API, and end-to-end product flows. Build suites that are maintainable and actually catch real bugs.
• Own regression testing. Maintain and expand regression suites as the product grows. Catch issues before they reach production.
• Work alongside engineering. Embed with engineering teams in agile sprints. Review features before they ship and flag quality issues early.
• Track and communicate defects. Document bugs clearly, prioritize with engineering, and verify fixes. Keep defect tracking clean and actionable.
• Improve testing infrastructure. Identify gaps in coverage, propose improvements to test architecture, and help raise the quality bar across the codebase.
What We're Looking For
• 3+ years in QA and test automation. You've built and maintained automated test suites in real production environments.
• Hands-on with automation frameworks. You're comfortable writing tests in at least one major automation framework and choosing the right tool for the job.
• Web and API testing experience. You've tested both frontend applications and backend APIs. End-to-end testing is part of your toolkit.
• Strong understanding of testing methodologies. You know when to use unit, integration, and E2E tests — and how to balance them.
• Agile experience. You're used to fast-moving development cycles and embedding quality into the process from the start.
Why Sent
We're a team building hard technical problems in messaging infrastructure. We value directness, craftsmanship, and actually shipping things. In Pristina, you'll be part of a close-knit engineering and operations team doing real work — not support work, not maintenance work. Work that matters. If you want to join a fast-moving company with a clear product and strong backing, this is that opportunity.
Sent, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to building a diverse and inclusive team. We encourage applications from candidates of all backgrounds and experiences.
